Meditation Time during an Individual RetreatEach hermitage (tiny house) has its own meditation place, but you can use our wonderful Zendo (meditation hall) and ZEN facility for your morning, midday and evening meditation during your individual contemplation or a long-term retreat too. The official meditation times, if not announced different, are as follows:
07:00 a.m - 08:00 a.m.: Morning meditation 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 (noon): Midday meditation 8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.: Evening meditation from 21:00 evening silence in the Zenklausen If you are interested in an accompanying meditation during your individual retreat, we offer it every Monday until Friday morning / evening. These can be booked during your stay or booking time. Catering & Meal TimesDuring your stay, you will have your breakfast, dinner and/or lunch alone in your hermitage if add to your booking.
Food supplies will bebe found in the single kitchen in each hermitage. Lunch will be handed over at the main building at 12:00 o'clock (noon). Afterwards you enjoy this alone in your hermitage. Please note that you are not allow to cook your own meals in the hermitage. If you have any food allergies, please let us know when you register. You are also welcome to ask in the main building how your food is prepared and what food we use. |
